Custom-Made Alumina Ceramic Pre-Engineered Block
is speciality wear resistant lining in wear abrasion field. Due to the complex of the wear resistant project such as lining to cone, cyclone, hopper, chute, etc, pre-engineered ceramic plays a important role as lining media. It can save much cost of making new moulds for a project, in addition, it can also eliminate the trouble of cutting in installation site and save much installation time.
CAD software is used to design wear resistant lining for customer's components. Machining before sintering makes us able to provide linings with complex and 3 dimensional shapes as a cost-effective solution. Which will fit nearly any geometry , A well designed engineered lining system different from standard ceramic tile bricks will make equipment with special angle without gap, so it avoid materials wastage and machines wear damage .

-- High hardness: Its rockwell hardness is HRA80-90 and the Moh's hardness is up to 9 grade with is only less than diamond. And its abrasion-resistant is more better than steel and stainless steel;
-- Superior Abrasion-resistance: Its abrasion-resistance is 171.5times of Chrome steel and 260 times of manganese steel materials and as per our customers' feedback, it could prolong the use life of equipment for more than 10years under same working conditions.
-- Light weight: Its density is 3.6-3.75g/cm3, it is only half weight of steel, and could reduce the load on equipment.
