Sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) is processed by pressureless sintered from high purity ultra-fine silicon carbide powder in vacuum furnace at the temperature of 2100°C - 2200°. with premium mechanical performance,strongly resistance to granular abrasion,high temperature,particularly combined with rubber sheet as super abrasion resistant wear plate,or being high-efficiency machine components like drive pumps, sleeves, seal rings, nozzles ,bushes etc.
