CS-62 Series Zirconia-Ce Ceramic Grinding Media

Ceria-stabilized Tetragonal Zirconia Polycristal (Ce-TZP) bead CS-62 is made with state-of-the-art dropping and rolling method. The 20% cerium oxide rare earth contributes to the highest density of zirconium oxide series beads. The uniform gloss working surface results from consistent zirconia polycristal, which is the guarantee of lower bead and energy consumption. It is recommended to grind the high hardness and viscosity slurry in high energy density bead mills.  

CS-62 series Zirconia-Ce ceramic grinding media is an ultra high-performance, high density, durable ceramic grinding media applications in stirred vertical mills and horizontal mills for ultra-fine grinding, mixing and dispersing.
