Ceramic Wear Resistant Alumina Lining Pieces as Lagging Ceramics
1: Short Description:
Chemshun Ceramics manufactures kinds of ceramic lining pieces with salient point, which is widely applied for vulcanization in rubber. The combination of fine grain alumina ceramic linings and a specially formulated rubber compound results in a dependable ceramic rubber pulley lagging in conveying applications under extreme operating conditions. The high wear resistance of the embedded ceramic cube in combination with an embossed contact surface ensures long-term maximum traction and elimination of belt slippage. The dimples in ceramic cube greatly enhance the wear resistant property for rubber ceramic combination belt.
