Ceramic tower packing is fired at high temperature and has excellent mechanical strength, abrasion and acid-resistance. It can resist to the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric and can be adapted to high or low temperature condition, the packing can be used in drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, etc.
Ceramic random/tower packing
Plastic random column packings are used in corrosive applications with low to moderate operating temperature and can offer economic advantage over metal material. Where temperature permits, plastic random column packing performs better than ceramic random column packing and are often less expensive than metal random column packing, particularly when special metal and alloy are required. Consequently, plastic random column packing are frequently used in absorption, scrubbing, stripping and heat transfer service.
Plastic random/tower packing
Metal tower packing is made of material like carbon steel, stainless steel or Aluminum alloy, etc. The product has features such as thin wall, heat resistant, high free volume, high capacity, low resistance, high separation efficiency and so on. It is especially suitable for rectification towers under vacuum to treat thermo sensitive, decomposable, polymerizable or cokable systems, so it is widely used in packing towers in petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry and environmental protection, etc.
