Ceramic wear liner normally consists of extremely wear resistant alumina ceramics bonded to rubber sheet and steel backing plate ,which becomes perfect industrial linings with ceramic high hardness and rubber flexibility . this ceramic rubber liner during production is baked at high temperatures to maximize physical and mechanical properties achieving exceptional bond strength. Chemshun ceramic wear liner are an excellent wear protection solution for areas subject to extreme sliding and impact abrasion while promoting materials flow . we can offer all shapes of ceramic rubber sheet according to customer's equipment requirement
