The ceramic rods is made of high-purity ceramic raw materials, which are formed by dry pressing or cold isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering and precision machining.

With a number of advantages, such as abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, high hardness, high toughness and low friction coefficient, it is widely used in medical equipment, precision machinery, precision measuring and testing equipment, and laser equipment.

It can work in the acid and alkali corrosion conditions for a long time, and the maximum temperature to 1600ºC.

The ceramic raw materials we usually use are 70% ~ 99.7% alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride and etc.   

We can also customize according to your drawings or samples.
