The rossete ring

, is a large oblate spheroid composed of 12 small rings arranged in a radial direction. Due to the high liquid holding capacity of gap of rossete ring
, the liquid in the tower can stay for a long time, thereby increasing the contact time of the gas and liquid and improving the mass transfer efficiency of the tower filler.
The rossete ring
has the characteristics of large void ratio, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flood point, sufficient vapor-liquid contact, small specific gravity and high mass transfer efficiency. The rossete rings made by
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) material have characters of high corrosion resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant, light weight, easy to handle, reusable, large in voids, low resistance and low operating cost.
It is especially suitable for low temperature working, absorption, water absorption, dust removal and other devices. It is mainly used in the packed towers of petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries.
The rossete ring
is used in various media at a temperature of 60-150 degrees Celsius and is used in gas scrubbing and purification towers.

4: Products Features:
1) This form of packing is designed not to provide downward liquid flow with dead spots but large effective surface area per unit packing volume.
2) Excellent liquid distribution and uniformity are obtained, because of a large number of branching and junction, in addition to curve structure of the packing.
3) Reduction in pressure drop attained by filament-shape with large void space enables fans or blowers to require less electrical power (energy saving).
4) Packing made of synthetic resin means good chemical corrosion resistance and increased structural strength.
5) Light weight means easy handling to fill in and out.
