Product description

Chemshun Ceramic bend pipe also named ceramic cones is pressed by ISO method to form a solid ceramic pipe .this bend pipe has various dimensions for different fields of wearable conditions. Ceramic Bends or Ceramic Cones is characterized with excellent wear resistant property and long service life; smooth surface, low friction coefficient; resistant to most kinds of acid, alkali and salt; low thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity, operating temperature can be up to 1500 cent-degree max, Ceramic cone typical application is lined in steel pipe with flange .which is used to protect steel pipe without acid and alkaline corrosion when conveying oil, slurry , gas, solid mineral materials .

Chemshun alumina ceramic liner can be lined pipeline :

 1) : Solution-1 :  Lined with alumina ceramic mosaic tile mat
                  10*10mm,  15*15mm, 150*150mm 500*500mm

      -- Features : Easy to fix on the inner surface and the mat is easy to roll-over due to the small mosaic tile and then save the installation time and cost

 2) : Solution-2:  Lined with alumina ceramic tube or bends
                 Ceramic tube & bends : dia 100~300 mm, length 100~500

      --- Features : easy to fix and few gaps

 3) : Solution-3: Lined with ceramic trapezoidal / pipe tiles
                 Pipe tile liner sizes: 150*33/28*13mm, 150*43/47*25MM
                 50*47/53*25mm, 100*35/32*13MM

 4) : Solution-4 : Lined with curved locking tiles
