Yttria Stabilized Zirconium Oxide Beads Zirconia Beads Zirconia Ceramic Grinding media
CS-60 is one Tetragonal Zirconia Polycristal (TZP) beads, which made from first grade yttria stabilized powder with sintered method. The sizes of internal micro crystals are less than 0.3μm benefit excellent crushing strength and wear resistance, which guarantees cross contamination free to grinded products. It is a top option to deal with the ultra-fine particles in conventional ball mills and modern pearl mills.
Chemshun TZP beads have high fracture toughness and nice impact resistant that causes no break under high speed impact.
The TZP beads have 30-50 times higher wear-resistance as glass beads, 5times higher as Zirconium Silicate beads and 6-8 times higher as Al2O3 beads.
Because of the high density and excellent grinding efficiency of our TZP beads , they greatly apply to grinding and dispersing high viscosity materials.
