Ceramic lessing Ring is a packing designed basically from the Raschig Ring with the partitions inside to increase the surface and enhance the transfer efficiency. It is usually used extensively for the supporting packing at the bottom of tower. Size 80-150mm ceramic partition rings with the void more than 60% are utilized as the supporting material.

Chemical composition:
SiO2>70%, Al2O3: 17-23%, Fe2O3<1%, K2O+Na2O: 2-4%, CaO<1-2%

Chemshun alumina cerami ring 90-99% utilized as the covering or supporting materials of the catalyst in the desiccant dryer/hydro cracker of petroleum processpetrochemical reactors and the packing in the columns like petroleum, chemical industry, refinery, fertilizer, natural gas etc.

It has the advantages as follows:

2. Excellent thermal resistance.
