Chemshun Ceramic Tile is produced with high quality alumina powder, advance manufacturing processes and strictly quality control. The hardesses of Rockwell, Vikers, Moh are better than others' products. The rockwell of 92% alumina ceramic tile is or above 80 HRV and Vikers is 3-4 MPa.m1/2, etc. Its' abrasion peformance is much better than the rubber-lining material, etc.

Comparing to other materials such as rubber, manganese steel and chrome steel, the life time of Chemshun Ceramic Tile is about 260 times longer than that of manganese steel and is about 170 times longer than that of chrome steel. Also, the service life is much longer than that of rubber.
