Cutting tiles is much different from standard wear ceramic liner tile. Which is cutted into special shape tile from standard tiles. Cutting tiles is most perfect for complex equipment components. If standard alumina ceramic lining lined complex components, it will results in gaps between the tiles, and the epoxies used to bond the tiles wear rapidly, as wear progresses, the tile surface becomes increasingly uneven, resulting in accelerated wear. Chemshun cutting tiles can minimized the gaps and ensure a very tight fit with minimum space at the joints.
