CAD software is used to design wear resistant lining for customer's components. Which will fit nearly any geometry, a well designed engineered lining system different from standard ceramic tile bricks will make equipment with special angle without gap, so it avoid materials wastage and machines wear damage.

Chemshun Ceramic Tile is produced with high quality alumina powder, advance manufacturing processes and strictly quality control. The hardesses of Rockwell, Vikers, Moh are better than others' products. The rockwell of 92% alumina ceramic tile is or above 80 HRV and Vikers is 3-4 MPa.m1/2, etc. Its' abrasion peformance is much better than the rubber-lining material, etc.
