Description:
During bulk material handling pipeline system , steel pipe is easy to suffer mechanical attack, chemical attack, corrosion, or by a combination of these three modes . Which will bring costly maintenance or new-update charge .Steel tubes and elbows lined ceramic protection is ideal way to prevent steel pipeline system from series wear damage . Chemshun can offer pre-engineered ceramic lined steel pipe with male and female parts as customer's requirement . Tubes and elbows with inner diameter of ceramic up to DN 200 mm are lined with ceramic cylindrical segments, Tubes and elbows which have inner diameter bigger than DN 200 mm are lined with panel (mosaics) or with cone ceramic plates with requested thickness .Cone plates are adjusted to diameter of the tubes or elbow , At assembly this assures high quality of joint and long life time.

 1) : Solution-1 :  Lined with alumina ceramic mosaic tile mat
                           10*10mm,  15*15mm, 150*150mm 500*500mm
      -- Features : Easy to fix on the inner surface and the mat is easy to roll-over due to the small mosaic tile and then save the installation time and cost.
 
2) : Solution-2:  Lined with alumina ceramic tube or bends
                Ceramic tube & bends : dia 100~300 mm, length 100~500
       --- Features : Easy to fix and few gaps.

3) : Solution-3: Lined with ceramic trapezoidal / pipe tiles
                 Pipe tile liner sizes: 150*33/28*13mm, 150*43/47*25MM
                                                50*47/53*25mm, 100*35/32*13MM
     --- Features : Low cost.

4) : Solution-4 : Lined with curved locking tiles
     --- Features : The tiles could be connected tightly by its groove and lock, and the roundness is better than other ceramic tile liner.
