1. Product Description

Chemshun ceramic grinding beads for mining are small size ceramic balls(beads) used in high intensity stirred mills for fine and ultra fine grinding. The ceramic grinding ball with different composition and size, and good feature of high impact resistance. The property of inert and non-pollution, the media can replace the traditional steel and chrome steel grinding media for applications where downstream processes are sensitive to surface chemistry and media for applications where downstream processes are sensitive to surface chemistry and angular shape and high wear rates.


Chemshun CS40 ceramic beads are specially designed for superfine grinding mills with high speed and energy input. CS40 ceramic beads are ideal combination of high grinding efficiency and low wear rate. It can be widely used in energy intensive mills
