Introduction:

Cearmic super saddles improved based on the ceramic saddle, having the characteristics of low pressure drop and high mass transfer efficient, it is broadly used in sulphuric acid drying tower and other tower equipment.

Description:

Ceramic super intalox saddle is improved on the basis of  the ceramic intalox saddle. It is characterized by the fan-shaped arc with a jagged edge to improve into conchoidal arc, and to increase communication between internal and external surface hole to fill, increasing the free passage of fluid, there is conducive to the surface of the liquid distribution and updates, so These have redeeming characteristics like high mass transfer efficiency and low pressure drop.        

Ceramic random (tower) packings:

Ceramic packings have excellent acid resistance and heat resistance. Them can resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, and can be used in high or low temperature conditions. Consequently their application ranges are very wide. The packings can be used in the drying columns, absorbing columns, cooling towers, scrubbing towers in chemical industry, metallurgy industry, coal gas industry, oxygen producing industry, etc.
